Jim Campbell started Campbell Asset Management with a vision of starting a private wealth management firm to advise clients based on the client’s best interest. As a fee-only Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), we have taken upon ourselves the legal and ethical duty to put our client’s interests ahead of our own.

	Jim Campbell Jim has more than ten years of experience in the investment industry and is the managing partner of Campbell Asset Management, LLC. Jim graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.A. in Economics. Prior to co-founding Campbell Asset Management, Jim was a registered investment advisor for a major Wall Street investment firm. During his career, Jim has provided investment counseling and financial planning to private and institutional clients. 	Tom Francescon Tom has been an active member of the Chattanooga community for over thirty years. He received a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He has worked numerous years in sales and business management, including owning several businesses. Currently, Tom uses his extensive business experience in working with private clients of Campbell Asset Management, LLC. 	Ernie Gross Ernie has almost 20 years of investment experience with a major Wall Street investment firm. During his career, he has worked primarily in developing financial and investment plans for small business owners, professionals, and private clients. He holds a B.A. from Belhaven College and a Masters in Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS. Although originally from Savannah, GA, Ernie has lived in Chattanooga for over 20 years. 	Amy Smrcina Amy joined Campbell Asset Management, LLC following her graduation from Covenant College, where she received a B.A. in Business and also played on the varsity soccer team for four years, serving as captain for two years.
